Great room, very good service, quiet hotel, great location. Hotel could use some amenities, like a gym or pool, but it is an older location, which appears to be necessary for the area. I would recommend staying here.

The staff were so kind and accommodating, the rooms are large and comfy, the king beds are on the firmer side but great for your back! The breakfast delivered to your room is so nice and seems to alternate between quiches and boiled eggs, with orange juice, yogurt, granola, croissants, jam, butter, and then your choose of French pressed coffee or regular tea, it’s a very nice touch, something to look forward to every morning The restaurant on site, AG, it’s awesome, Erika especially is one of the best waitresses we’ve ever had the pleasure of serving us. There’s fresh flavoured water and a coffee “barista” machine that can make you some lovely drinks, even has a milk foamer Overall one of the best hotels in Niagara, just wonderful, Only possible complaint is some of the furniture was a tad beat up, but that’s a moot point as you just keep your stuff in or on it anyway Very very little room for improvement, they run a tight and extremely friendly ship 10/10 Ps- for your partner, get the amenities, it’s so nice, they will love it

It’s a beautiful, quiet place and near Clifton Hill for easy access for extra entertainment. Spa is great, with professional workers. Massage and body scrub was delightful. We will be booking here again and will recommend this place to friends and family.

The Sterling Inn is an amazing property, close enough to walk to all that falls area has to offer. The breakfast in bed was very good, perhaps my only concerns were the lack of a bigger place “besides the bed” to eat said breakfast. In addition, the sheets on the bed were a bit over starched. However the bed itself was very comfortable. Moreover, the staff was very accommodating and super friendly and helpful. Overall great stay.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience I had during check-in at your hotel. I had made a booking, which included breakfast, but upon arrival, I inquired if it would be possible to substitute the breakfast for parking instead, as we did not plan to have breakfast.Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with did not attempt to explore this possibility or offer any alternatives to enhance my experience. This was disappointing, as I was hoping for a more accommodating and customer-focused response to my request.I have enjoyed staying at your hotel in the past, but this experience has made me reconsider future visits. I believe that flexibility and a willingness to assist guests in such matters are essential to maintaining customer satisfaction.
