"We had a Great time. This is our 4th time staying at this Hotel. A few things I didn't like Is: I asked the Front desk Clerk could we get late check out for 12pm on our check out date. He was really nice and said yes and it seemed like he put it in the system. So a few days before Check out I wanted to Confirm they had me down for late check out at 12pm. The front desk person was different. She let me know it wasn't in the system for us to have late checkout. So she reassured me that she would put it in. Then at checkout it wasn't done. Whe got packed and took some of our stuff to the car. We was going to c9me.back and get the rest bc are hands were full. Once we came back our Room Key cards didn't work. I was so unhappy. I had to go back to the front desk and tell them I should have been in the system for let check out. She said no it wasn't put in. So she had to Reactivate my Key card. That was such a inconvenience. No one actually put my pate check out time in. Another thing I don't like they don't have a good area to take our dogs to the potty. The area they have is so small and is filled with dog poop. Other than that we had a great time. Thanks so much."

"When I checked in I mentioned I would not need housekeeping. There was no Do not disturb sign in the room. Staff went into the room only took bathroom trash. When I called the front desk and explained what occurred, they asked about Do not disturb sign and I stated there wasn’t one in the room. This didn’t make me comfortable."

"The absolute worst experience I’ve had at any SPARK Hilton in the country. They stole my deposit and I paid for 3 nights with cash and they made me load everything up in my room and stole the cash for the 3rd night. Absolutely would not recommend to any traveler going through Destin, Florida. There are plenty of better options…"
