Book a hotel near Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach

"our stay was overall okay. i’m not a very picky person, firstly. i don’t have to stay at the nicest place to enjoy myself. i can overlook a lot of things. but not when the “things” start stacking up. i’ll start with the positives. the hotel is steps from the beach, view is amazing, a/c in our room was icy cold, a nice surprise was that our room had a full sized fridge and kitchen sink. the staff were all very friendly, kind, and helpful. negatives though, outweighed the positives unfortunately. i would never want to stay here again, nor recommend it to a friend. our room smelled like mildew. we didn’t notice it at first, because we got there right at check in, and the room smelled like it was freshly cleaned. we were in and out pretty quick, just dropping our belongings off and changing clothes. when we got back to the room, the mildew smell was pretty strong. it flared my husbands asthma up the first night. we ended up having to leave our balcony door open for the rest of our stay to keep his asthma symptoms stable. the room very clearly had tons of water damage. the ceiling was peeling, and stained heavily with water stains. the carpet was absolutely terrible. it felt tacky under our feet, and we wore socks the whole time. it was also damp. probably the source of the mildew smell if i had to guess. the bottoms of our feet were black within mins if we didn’t. i have plenty more to say but out of characters. i’ll finish my review on google. "First of all I would like to start off on a positive note. Thomas was very good at getting back to me. I really appreciated that. However, I was so very disappointed with a few things. There was no 4th bedroom which must have been on the first floor. No bedroom with 2 beds. We are elderly and difficult to manage stairs so we were planning on taking the downstairs bedroom. There was a movie room which was added on adjacent to the back area. It had a tv and a loveseat and a couple of places to lie on the top to view a movie...but not a bedroom. The furniture truly needs to be updated. The bunk beds in bad shape. The 4 bikes had rusty chains and 2 of them were completely off. The golf cart was fun. The pool area had outdated furniture. They advertise a heated pool but it was NOT. The garbage on the side of the house was overflowing, and scattered on the ground leaving no place to put our trash. We picked it up and put it out for whomever was in charge of that. We loved the funky designs on the interior walls and decor. We did contact Thomas about some of these issues. He said he would address them with the proper people which didn't help us much but hopefully will be better for the following guests."

"Excellent location and layout. The home is in need of some maintenance for sure. Understand rental’s have challenges, but there is some real deferred maintenance that should be tended to. Amenities of the house are excellent, layout and comfort are great. Surprised there were not beach towels available, but the rental option with chairs worked really well. Overall a good experience."
