"From the moment my girls and I arrived at this charming beach house, we were completely smitten! The home is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm. The location is unbeatable. We were steps from Camp Watercolor and the amazing Watercolor Trolley (free!) took us quickly to the beach! We rode our bikes to Seaside every evening and were just a short bike ride to the grocery store, coffee shop and pizza.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of our return. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Love this little boutique hotel. Each room is so cute and different. This is our third time staying here. We love the rooms, how close it is to everything you want to do in grayton beach and the cute cafe on the property. We will be back! "

"Our stay here was great! The property was exactly as depicted in the photos. All bedrooms were downstairs in a long hallway, which actually made nap times and bed times easier for everyone. Upstairs was the kitchen and living area, and we all loved going up there and spending time together. The property manager was very responsive the few times I had to reach out (late checkout related). I did notice underneath the beds hadn’t been cleaned before our stay. I think the cleaning people may have forgotten to get under our bed. I still give it 5 stars for clean because everything else was clean! The water color membership was an added bonus if you’re bringing little ones. Beach days are long, so it was nice to change it up. We would definitely stay here again! "
