The hotel itself was amazing—beautiful atmosphere, comfortable rooms, the location was convenient and the food was absolutely incredible. However, the front desk staff completely ruined the experience. From the moment we arrived, they were rude, dismissive, and acted like we were an inconvenience. It’s disappointing because everything else about the stay was great, but first impressions matter, and theirs was flat-out unacceptable. With better front desk service, this place could easily be a 5-star stay.
