"Very clean room, huge kitchen in the Emerald suite that we had large balcony was really wonderful, huge living room, etc. Front desk was wonderful staffed. I’m sorry I do not remember the wonderful lady that helped us but she was so awesome on the phone and checking people and I cannot recommend her more. I believe she’s been working there for many years beautiful brunette, a great smile. It’s a very private beach away from the strip, which is what we wanted did not want to be with all the tourist but if you’re looking for that and to be within walking distance or whatever maybe this wouldn’t be your place but if you’re looking for a family friendly place that’s very private. This is the best place in Panama City Beach for sure gret bye prices are wonderful at the hotel for what you get. It’s very good and people say it’s older yes it is older. Most places in Panama City Beach are older goes without saying if you’ve ever stayed here it’s not the Ritz Carlton but nothing in Panama City Beach is the Ritz Carlton but as far as everything else is awesome can’t recommend it more. The only thing is yes parking lot is small. You can park across the street but if you’re driving like huge SUVs is a little difficult but you can handle it. That’s the worst thing I can say and that’s not a bad thing to make your reservations now make a payment and the rates are very very reasonable. "
