✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles in the garage with extra driveway parking space. 

✹ LUGGAGES & ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES: For your convenience, luggage drop-off is allowed for those with an early arrival or late departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: High-speed Wi-Fi w/ speeds up to 100Mbps is available across the property. 

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We offer a variety of baby and children’s items for a small per-visit rental fee, including a child safety pool fence ($150), Pack ‘n Play ($50 each), high chair ($25 each), full-sized wood crib ($125 each) and more. Please inquire for details.

✹ PETS: Please let us know upon booking if you would like to bring a pet. Pet fee of $150/pet applies once approved.

Other Things to Note:

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in. 

✹ There is an additional guest fee of $50 per person per night for bookings with more than 8 guests. This fee covers additional linens, towels, supplies, blow-up bed setup and wear and tear on the property.

✹ Pool is heated at no extra cost for year-round enjoyment. The pool is heated with a heat pump to around 15-20 degrees warmer than the outdoor temperature. It is also open all-year round. 

✹Cancellation Policy: The traveler's credit card is not charged until 30 days from arrival so those who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will not
