Nice friendly staff, comfortable rooms, hot shower

We were greeted in an enthusiastically friendly manner. Great staff, nice rooms. My only quam is that the plug for the tub drain did not work. I had to improvise.

The hotel was very old and even though the rooms at first glance look clean after being inside for a few min I realized how dirty it was! The curtains were BLACK they were so dirty. The hotel is old and outdated and in kind of a creepy spot. I was not comfortable staying there by myself so I waited to go back till after picking up my husband.

Inexpensive. Not great to look at, but comfortable

The hotel is very old. The hall and stair carpeting is in very bad condition, and dirty. However, the rooms are clean and The bed was extremely comfortable. There were plenty of pillows, and plush comfortable bedding. We went there just because we wanted a day to ourselves and a pool. If you are looking for pretty, don't go there. But if you only want a nice bed and a good swim for very little money, you won't be disappointed. Just ignore the carpeting in the halls.

cheap hotel. You get what you pay for.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
I specifically asked for a non-smoking room. My room reeked of smoke smell. The arcadia door security lock did NOT work, Filthy dirty flooring, I had to wear flip flops every time I walked around. Manager Never addressed my complaints NOR compensated me at all. I would NEVER recommend a friend to ever stay there! Unless you want only a cheap room, & don't care about cleanliness or smoky smelling, or staff that literally cant help you unless the manager is there, this is your place. And yes , WIFI is free but is so slow, it doesn't work.

Horrible hotel stay

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Tear it down and build a new facility.
Location: The only thing close is an old Denny's nothing else close.
I was really disappointed in the hotel on my recent trip to Arizona, The room was truly disgusting. The room was dirty the beds looked like they were slept in when I arrived the bed was broken the dresser was missing drawer knobs the carpet was stained, the desk chair was broken, the hotel entrance card reader was broken and the door was propped open with a garbage can. It was so bad I slept in my clothes.

Questionable hotel in a so-so area

What a disappointment! This hotel had thread-bare carpets and towels, Internet that was so slow that it was useless, a iffy neighborhood, & no snack/soda machines. The staff was pleasant and the hotel had a pub that served food, but this wasn't enough to make up for the rest of the negatives!

The hotel made me feel welcome

Pros: Free breakfast
Free Wi-fi but the service had many problems with connecting. The second floor Ice-machine did not work it was necessary to travel down to the first floor to get ice. One of the side doors was broken it was not necessary to use a Key card (Safety moment). Housekeeping took towels but did not replace as they had no clean towels at the moment. Imagine returning to your room to shower only to find out there's a three hour wait for clean towels. Poor outlets for charging cell phones the weight of the charger was too heavy for a loose socket. You get what you pay for so really I have no complaints these are simply things that can be improved.

would stay again

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: not close shopping or food.
housekeeping put queen size sheets on king size bed, but took care of it for us. room was clean and remodeled very nice, pool was relaxing, staff wonderful, dinner and drinks was great in the lounge on site, plus a quick continental breakfast hit the spot. I liked it for the price and would stay again if up in the Peoria area.

Excellent location for those attending spring training Baseball games.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
Fine value for the $$$. WiFi was a little confusing but it didn't take too long to get that settled. Friendly staff. Low key attached sports pub.
