Homeless people sleeping outside, no fridge or microwave in the room, TV had no guide, electric went out for hours ( no kind of refund given ) barely answering the phone at the front desk. Place was cheap, but definitely not cheap enough, won't be staying there again.

Hello, and thank you for your review of our hotel. Firstly, please allow us to apologize for the homelessness of Philadelphia, we do ask that our less fortunate friends maintain a respectable distance from our guests, however we are limited as to what can be done about people on the street as it is a public space. Our website does not indicate that we have refrigerators or microwaves in the room-- they are available in our Business rooms, if booked/requested. If you were trying to reach the front desk during the power outage-- with the situation at hand, the front desk would have been assisting multiple guests, causing delayed response, however being that the entire city block lost power, for a total of no more than 1 hour, guests were not offered a refund. Guests that were due to checkout the same day were given a late checkout upon request, at no additional cost as a courtesy. We are saddened to hear that your experience was less than favorable, we will take your feedback to our team, and work toward promoting a better experience for our guests. Loved my stay and always will. Me and my partner enjoy each time we come. On every special occasion we come and spend our time. Staffs are nice.It’s cleans , it’s peaceful. It’s everything a traveler would want.

An adventure in Philly

The staff was amazing. Front desk was outstanding. My issue was with the location and the lack of windows. The dusty headboard had me a tad concerned about the cleanliness of my room

Disgusting!!!

The only thing that looks the same in the pictures shown is the color of the bedspread. The hotel was filthy from the dirty carpet, nasty bathrooms, dirty walls and awful breakfast.

Nice clean hotel,the staff was very nice.i only have one problem,i never received my 50 dollars back they took from my credit card.was told they would put it back on my card,they did not.the room was left in excellent condition.they had no reason to keep my money.under those circumstances i would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
