My husband and I had an outstanding stay at the Viceroy in Riveria Maya...incredible service at the highest level, quiet, peaceful and was the perfect place to unwind. I have traveled around the world and have stayed at all of the top resorts, including the Four Seasons, Auberge, Ritz Carlton, The Peninsula, Ranch at Rock Creek, etc. I cannot say enough about the staff and how they made us feel. Their outlook on life and how they love this property is something that I have never witnessed before. Unfortunately they are closing end of April 2026 for a full remodel and will not be opening again until spring of 2027. I highly recommend getting there before they close!

Service was EXCELLENT. We arrived to Cancún realizing our checked bag had been robbed of some sentimental and valuable items. The Viceroy staff set our trip back on the right trajectory and then some. The resort is intimate, tractable, and most of all… relaxing. It was exactly what we needed to start our trip.
