Welcome to this beautiful luxury villa on the gated 5 Star Resort of Lake Berkley. This villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the ground floor and 3 are on the first floor. It can sleep up to 10 comfortably.
This is a perfect location for fishing on 3 well stocked lakes. Fish all day long whilst the rest of the family visit Disney
As well as a large family sitting area, there is an additional sitting room with access to the pool and deck area. The family sitting area has a large screen TV.
The villa has air con throughout and hi speed Wi-Fi.
The villa has a fully equipped renovated kitchen and is equipped with every appliance and utensil needed. There is a separate table in the kitchen ideal for breakfasts. The villa also has a separate more formal dining space.

The laundry room is equipped with a new high efficiency washer and dryer.
The 5 bedrooms are extremely well appointed.
Bedroom 1 is Ground Floor Master, 1 Queen bed with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 is Ground Floor Queen size bed
Bedroom 3 is First Floor with Queen size bed.
Bedroom 4 is on First floor with Queen size bed
Bedroom 5 on First floor has twin beds
All bedrooms come with cable TV.
There are 3 bathrooms in total.

Fully air-conditioned throughout and hi speed WiFi.
Outside the villa you'll find your private pool, which can be heated for additional fee. There is an extended pool deck with lots of chairs and sun loungers provided so you can relax in the pool area. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
