The staff are pleasant and helpful and the room was clean and well prepared. There was a $50 hold on our card for “incidentals” which we didn’t know about until check in. Overall decent value for money.

I made reservations awhile ago called the day before to talk with the hotel. The man I talked to was very polite and said everything was good to go. The day of called again spoke with a woman from there and said my name was not in their system. It must be at another location I was like no I made this one because it was close to where I wanted it to by and she said there's nothing I can do..click..

This place was a DUMP. Run down, mattress sagged to the floor, and a bunch of wanna-be gangsters in many rooms. Dirty room, towels like sandpaper. Homeless bums wandering all around the neighborhood. For $80 a night, I thought this would be a clean, mid level hotel. Boy, was I surprised. I actually left a day early because it was so terrible.
