This luxurious, privately owned, villa is situated on the exclusive resort of Tuscan Hills.

Nestled within this gated Community there is a tennis court, beach volleyball court, a children’s play area.

Location Tuscan Hills is located just off Highway 27 in Davenport Florida, it is the ideal place for your dream Florida holiday as it is within 15 minutes of Orlando theme parks, close to shops, supermarkets and lots of restaurants.

If you fancy a day trip to the beach you have the Atlantic and Gulf Coast beaches only 60-80 minutes away. If your sport is Golf we are close to Southern Dunes, Champions Gate and Reunion.

The Villa
Our spacious 1992 sq.ft. home, has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

It is fully air conditioned with a spacious family living area, formal dining area, a fully - fitted kitchen.

Parking for 2 vehicles and not overlooked at the rear.

The Pool
The fully screened large private pool and spa with good sized sun bathing deck.
The pool and patio are west - facing allowing sun worshippers to enjoy the Florida sun all afternoon with spectacular sunsets in the evening while the Lanai provides shade. 
There is a privacy hedge around the pool.

2 Luxurious Master Bedrooms one on each floor, downstairs has a King size bed, sliding doors to a private patio area, a walk-in closet with safe.
The ensuite bathroom has an oval tub, single basin, separate shower and WC.

Upstairs Master has a Queen size bed, a walk-in closet.
The ensuite bathroom has a shower, basin and WC.

The Double Bedroom has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. 

2 Twin Bedrooms each with 2 single beds.

Family Bathroom has a bath/ shower combo, WC and single basin.

The Family Room has a digital, cable, flat screen T.V, D.V.D.player.
Three seater sofa and a pair of two seater sofas.
Direct access to the pool is through patio doors.

The Kitchen has a breakfast bar area that seats 3 and a fully equipped kitchen consisting of a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and all utensils.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table seating 6.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes 
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
