This home is convenient to Highway 192 and just a few short miles from the world's greatest theme parks, Kissimmee Go-Karts, Congo River Golf, and the House of Blues.

Inside, discover sunlit spaces, cool tiled floors, vaulted ceilings, and comfortable furnishings from wall-to-wall. A well-equipped, full kitchen stands ready to make it easy to prepare everyone's favorite recipes. Dine at the kitchen table or the elegant dining table, or step outside, fire up the gas grill, and indulge in poolside meals on the furnished lanai. Out here, you'll also find your very own, seasonally-heated pool. Back indoors, choose from one of two living areas for afternoon reading, socializing, or TV watching, or meet up in the garage game room for friendly games of Ping-Pong.

In the evenings, rest well in the four comfortable bedrooms including a themed, kid-friendly room and a sumptuous main bedroom with en suite bath. This home also comes with a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Seasonal pool heat is available for an additional fee.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
