Relaxation and bliss await you and your next vacation at Gathering Villa. This five-bedroom pool home is located just across the street from the first hole of the Watson Course at Reunion Resort, and just steps from the Reunion Grande!

When entering the home, you are greeted with an open floor plan and modern vinyl flooring, perfect for entertaining the family or group. The open kitchen with a gas range stove offers plenty of counter space to entertain or enjoy a meal at the two bar seats. Guests will also find a dining table that seats four off of the kitchen. The living room offers two large sofas and a 60” smart tv with cable. Guests can relax in the first-floor office, which is equipped with a leather sofa and a 50” smart tv. Guests will have easy access to a half bathroom located off of the living room. A full-size washer and dryer can be found off the dining area before going out to the pool.

The spacious screened-in back patio offers plenty of seating to relax and take in the Florida sun. Enjoy your own private heated pool with a spillover spa. Guests can lounge back on the lounge chairs or enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table for six. The covered patio also has a ceiling fan to keep a nice breeze on warm days.

The lone downstairs bedroom is a king master, with access to the private patio and pool area. This room has a 50” wall-mounted smart tv and ceiling fan for added comfort. Guests will enjoy the renovated master bathroom with double vanity, large corner soaking tub, glass shower, and custom backsplash.

The other four bedrooms are located upstairs and share two full bathrooms, each with tub/shower combos. The upstairs front king offers extra seating, a wall-mounted smart tv, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. Opposite this room is the back king bedroom, which also has a wall-mounted smart tv and ceiling fan.

Across the hall, guests will find the upstairs front bedroom with two twin beds. This room has a smart tv and ceiling fan. Opposite this room is the bunk bedroom with two twin beds and an added pull-out trundle. This room also has a desk with a chair, wall-mounted smart tv, and bunk safe ceiling fan.

For those wanting to escape the sun, the highlight will be the private movie theater, located off of the pool area. Guests can sit back in comfort on the six-tiered movie chairs. Each chair reclines and has its own cup holders. The 83” wall-mounted smart tv includes a sound bar and will keep you entertained for hours. A full-size fridge is great for storing those movie snacks and eats!

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
