This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was filthy. The staff was extremely slow, gave me keys to a room that didn't work, tried to charge me $30 for early check-in in this dump, after I called earlier in the day to ask about early check-in, and NO MENTION was made of early check in. I know there is a pandemic, but every other hotel that ADVERTISES breakfast included is at least giving out breakfast items to go. This hotel gave nothing and did not adjust the price accordingly. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE!!!!

The staff was very, very friendly. The hotel isn't in the best part of town, but is close to the highway and not too far from downtown. It is obvious that they have tried to update the facilities, though it isn't as modern as some would like. Breakfast was just the basics, a little disappointing. The price was right though, so we used the money saved on a nicer hotel to do other activities while in Orlando.

Worst ever. Room was dirty. People were playing loud music until 3am or so. Beds were cheap. Close to a jail. 85$ was too high to pay for that.

The property grounds appeared to be clean and uncluttered. Security guard was present and visible, parking lot was patrolled.

The room where I stayed had been recently renovated and the clerk claimed no one had stayed in the room. I noticed mouse droppings in the front corner of the room. The ceiling light in the bathroom went out within a couple hours and there was no hot water from the time I arrived until I left and I mentioned it to the front desk right away. I did not experience any problems but the neighborhood is not where I would have preferred to stay. There was a wrought iron fence surrounding the property which was another clue to the neighborhood.

Hotel in need of a facelift. Resort fee listed on Website said $3 dollars. When I got to the hotel it was more like $4.25 per day. Water was hot the first day, second day water did not get very hot. Room was clean, bed lumpy... they could use some new mattresses. Breakfast consisted of apples, oatmeal, a few bread selections (toast/waffle) cereal, OJ and coffee. Nothing to rave about. Area hotel is located in is rundown/trashy and a little scary at night. I would not book there again.
