I stayed at this property for 4 nights only received housekeeping service and clean towels only once. There is no cable TV, you have to stream tv via your own device. Never really worked. The hotel is staffed with one person per shift at at a small desk in the lobby, any issues or concerns they refer you to the website. The staff attitude is basically “take it or leave it”.If you want ice the attendant on duty has to get it for you. No pool, no restaurant, no bar. If you like amenities m, dont stay here. This property has potential as it is located in a quiet area of South Beach. To be fair the rooms are clean, but the service needs to compensate for lack of amenities. Would not recommend.

The front desk clerk had issue with my reservation upon arrival, which is scary for a jet lagged traveler. However, she let us into the room and said she would text or call with any issues. I was traveling on a broken foot and requested a shower chair prior to arrival, was ultimately told they did not have this which I thought was pretty standard for hotels. Unexpectedly I got sick on the morning of checkout which delayed our leaving. The staff kindly allowed a later checkout. Overall, we had a good stay and I’d come back when in Miami.

unpleasant experience, our door was cracked, the room we stayed in was right infront of the elevator where people continuously walked in and out. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe because of our door. the bedding wasn’t washed properly, the level above us and the same floor were loud. we had a heard time sleeping, very horrible experience

Very disappointing stay — would not recommend I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Miami and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The air conditioner in my room was broken and could not be fixed the same evening, and I was not offered a room replacement despite the issue. The bedsheets were dirty upon arrival, and during my 4-night stay, there was no housekeeping service at all — no cleaning, no fresh towels, nothing. The walls are extremely thin — I could hear my neighbors talking as if they were in the same room. To make matters worse, the front desk was frequently unattended when I needed assistance. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or responsive place to stay.

Vine de convención a Miami y me encantó este hotel , queda a escasos minutos caminando del centro de convenciones y de la playa.
