I stayed at this property for 4 nights only received housekeeping service and clean towels only once. There is no cable TV, you have to stream tv via your own device. Never really worked. The hotel is staffed with one person per shift at at a small desk in the lobby, any issues or concerns they refer you to the website. The staff attitude is basically “take it or leave it”.If you want ice the attendant on duty has to get it for you. No pool, no restaurant, no bar. If you like amenities m, dont stay here. This property has potential as it is located in a quiet area of South Beach. To be fair the rooms are clean, but the service needs to compensate for lack of amenities. Would not recommend.

Vine de convención a Miami y me encantó este hotel , queda a escasos minutos caminando del centro de convenciones y de la playa. El hotel limpio,moderno, habitaciones confortables, la cama bastante cómoda. El agua caliente tarda en salir pero no me molesta bañarme con agua tibia. Miy cerca de la collins donde tienes muchas opciones oara comer. A mi me pareció excelente 👌

Had a great stay! Room was cool and comfortable. The finishings were modern. The only complaint I had was the walls seemed thin on one side of us and there was a loud family one night that kept us up a bit. Luckily it didn’t last too long but just one issue. Going back to the stay, the staff was friendly and the lobby was comfortable.
