Amazing location and comfortable rooms—hidden gem! Don't be turned off by the unassuming entrance. Once you get past the lobby and up to the rooms, this place is a gem. We stayed in a large, clean room that comfortably fit four people. The unseen staff provided great customer service, allowing us to have a late check-out at no cost so we could enjoy the beach. The location is amazing—just a short walk to the beach, and they even provide beach chairs and umbrellas. The rooms also had nice amenities like quality shampoo, body wash, lotion and conditioner. Note, the communication with hotel staff is largely virtual and there are stairs to get to the rooms so please note before booking.

The hotel was only one block from the beach, perfect. Lots of shops and restaurants around. The room was really nice and extremely clean. The management group reached out several times to make sure everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend. Only downside was the stairs to carry luggage up. But not really that big a deal compared to what you are getting. Very reasonably priced.

My only complaint about the hotel is that there is no elevator. I had to carry two heavy bags up a flight of stairs to get to my room. Otherwise, I loved it. The room itself was spacious and beautiful, the bathroom was gorgeous, and it was a great location for walking to restaurants, shops, and the beach.

The stay at was excellent, the staff and management were very accomodating and understanding. The communication was excellent.The rooms were comforatable and CLEAN. The location was steps from the main beach strip. There were lots of amenities steps a way as well. I would recommend it to my friends and family and would stay again. We look forward to returning.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. The location was a 2 min walk to the beach and right in the middle of everything. Parking is 20$ a night in a parking deck that’s right up the street from the hotel. I stayed for two days. At first I wasn’t happy because I hate to pay for parking but it was totally worth it and I’d definitely do it again. The hotel room was beautiful. Super spacious and clean! Everything also smelled super good. I loved the decor of the room. The only thing I will say is if you have trouble walking up or down stairs I wouldn’t book this. I don’t believe there were any elevators. In order to get to your room you do have to go up a flight of stairs and you will have to carry your luggage up there too. I definitely didn’t mind this though. The location and hospitality of the hotel made up for small things like that. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

We booked Ithaca last minute for one night pre-cruise stay on December 6th. The location is walking distance to south beach, shopping, CVS, nail salons plus it’s about 15 minutes drive to Port of Miami. The room was modern and comfortable however be prepared to walk up a flight of stairs. We appreciated the hotel’s responsiveness and accommodating our request for early check in and late check out. Overall this hotel was perfect for our needs.
