Welcome to our delicious, sun-drenched apartment with AC and a 180-degree view of tree tops from all three floors, located in Roma & 10 mins away from Centro. On the 1st floor is the dinning & living room with an open kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, a leafy back patio and a big, terrace. On the second floor you’ll find a tv room/office, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. The 3rd floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed, a walk-in closet, a private terrace and a full bathroom.

The apartment is a triplex penthouse, spread out on three separate levels with two private terraces. A massive tree crown reaches the first level encapsulating the apartment without keeping light out. The trees of the park the green surroundings make it very private and intimate. You can enjoy a sunny day on the terrace while having lunch under the umbrellas or alternatively, drinks under the moonlight. This terrace is connected to the living room and kitchen. The second floor looks above the tree top on to the park. The 3rd floor is exclusive to the main bedroom with a private L-shaped terrace, walking closet, an ensuite bathroom and the most beautiful view.

Guest Access:
You will have access to all three floors of the apartment and its two terraces and patio.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is strategically located in Roma Norte in a sunny, cozy, quiet corner of the park which is uncommon in our busy city. However, we are walking distance to all the " it" places in Roma and Juarez. It is a 10 minute car ride away from downtown Centro.

Getting Around:
Walking distance to main places in Roma and Juarez.

Other Things to Note:
Each bedroom has an ensuite, full bathroom. The apartment is also in a very secure building with 24-hour security.
