Amazing hotel. It has beautiful decor as it’s a very old building, but doesn’t lack modern amenities. It felt very safe staying here as you can only access the elevator to go to your room with your room key. There are guards at entrance and all personnel is very polite and professional. It’s I’m also very clean and close to almost everything. Totally recommended.

The view from the hotel is beautiful and staff friendly and helpful as well. Hotel is well maintained. The bellman gave a history of the hotel as he took us to our room. The front desk arranged a car to take us to a restaurant that was FAR AWAY, and the driver was fantastic. Traffic is crazy so give yourself time to get to your destination. Mexico City is BEAUTIFUL and the people are wonderful. Gran Hotel warmly welcomed us and we would definitely return.

We love everything, every single corner, service was amazing, the staff is super well trained, super clean and quiet, it was the best hotel experience ever, classy, stylish, food was very tasty and the presentation was on point!!! I will be back! Thank you!!!!

Warm welcome with glass of sparkling wine, fantastic staff, beautiful architecture, nice room, great location. My issue was not having an extra blanket and that the mattress was too hard for my taste
