I was in Mexico city for work and the service at the hotel is amazing. I had shipped a box of material and the hotel staff let me know they had a box for me. (it is so rare these days, I usually need to hunt my boxes down) The bed was so comfortable. The sheets ! the housekeeping was also great. Its an older hotel and so well maintained! I would love to stay there again. I actually didn't have breakfast but I added stars by mistake and I don't know how to remove the stars without giving it a bad review. I can't seem to remove all of them to say N/A

My new favorite hotel

I frequent Mexico City and had been coming to the same hotel for several years now. Enjoyed the comfort and service. However, lately he got really busy so decide to give the Sheraton a shot boy with a great idea to come here. Excellent service and rooms are extremely clean plenty of hot water and good plumbing. Many places within walking distance. Will be staying here for a while now.

It was my 2nd stay at this hotel and just like the first time it was excellent. The staff was very friendly and polite. They were very helpful with anything that I needed. The room was clean and neat when we walked in and it had all the amenities that you may need. It's in a great area with a few restaurants and coffee shops all in walking distance.

Property is outdated, no ice machine and the only place with ice is the bar or the restaurant. They only accept credit card or Mexican pesos and the hotel doesn’t exchange currency. Only Taxis are allowed to pass through the drop off , to get an Uber or private driver you have to meet them across the street to the Main Street and the hotel worker won’t tell you that. This hotel is located in the main city across from the Angel of Dependence if you get a city view like we did to can hear the noise from the street so any protest or political activity you will hear the noise.the room had a refrigerator with sodas but it was lock , I didn’t understand the point off that . I order room service got a hamburger with fries for $27 US dollars not the best burger… the shower water would come out of the restroom we stayed in room 1016. We stayed there because it was recommended for the restaurants is walking distance.

Rooms were clean and comfy. Service was a bit odd. They had the wrong rate when I checked in and charged me double what id booked so had to go and get the front desk to fix it. Bottles of water were really tiny so I had to keep calling room service to get more delivered every day. Bit annoying when the tap water is not safe to drink. Housekeeping woke me up twice for cleaning when I had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. Overall a fine place to stay but a few quirks that were annoying

It was nice room didn’t have a Fridge only what they sold was insiste. There was supposed to be a doctor on site and didn’t see any one and my son was sick the whole trip

Location is great and in very safe area next to US embassy !! Hotel needs upgrade! Out dated. Front desk reception people need to be more friendly and helpful. Rooms are small and beds are not comfortable.Over all not worth for money.
