Breakfast options were amazing. Everyone is super cordial, and great customer service. Patricia concierge for 10th floor was incredible helpful and nice. La habitación se siente vieja; había poca agua en la regadera y el cuarto no olía bien. Ya no dan jabón de baño ni shampoo; ahora hay dispensadores pegados a la pared de la regadera y el shampoo se siente de mala calidad, dando la sensación de que estás hospedado en un hotel de paso. Hace unos años aún eran un hotel muy bueno, es una lástima.

I paid for two beds. When i check in, front desk tells me that they don't have any available but tells me they'll notify me when available-this never happened. When i asked why, the rep says,"you had to come check with us". This was very upsetting because they told me they'd notify me. It mames more sense. The most ridiculous thing happened on the day we're to check out. There was a concert even for Hard Rock Marathon that started blasting music and loud speakers at 4AM j7st a block away from the hotel. We couldn't sleep anymore. To make it worse, the streets were blocked. When i asked why we were not notified, rep said, " we notified you of a march (said march was 15 bl9cks away). They added that they did not know about the concert and the race. I told them i found out through the Maxico city calendar of events and they could've done the same. They responded with theyy were late to work also. Needles to say, i had to walk 5 blocks with my luggage and my kids to get an Uber because of the closed streets. Very disappointed.

My stay here was very good! The location is great to explore the city as it is very close to public transportation and historical monuments. The nearby cities and other touristy areas are very walkable. All staff were very kind and helpful and our room was always maintained. My only complaint is that free breakfast was supposed to be included in my stay, however when I did get breakfast, I had to pay. Other than that, I have not complaints.
