It’s a decent place in a convenient location. Security is a bit extra, where if anyone goes up to your room for any duration of time they have to register and leave their ID at reception (even during the day). This isn’t the case with hotels in the area in the low end (NH, Ibis, etc.) or the higher end ones like FS and St Regis.

An OK stay - definitely needs service improvement

It was ok, the hotel is very clean, good attitudes from most of the staff and location wise, worked well for my work but the service needs some serious improvement. It took them 2 days to get me a refill of coffee packets and 3 days for me to get a pair of slippers to use. Other amenities I requested (and was even willing to pay to use) never arrived. Will be back but hoping that they get their service issues in order.
