The Neighborhood: Locales call the hip, affluent East Market District as NuLu and the best place to stay in Louisville! This neighborhood is a dining hub with eateries spanning upscale New American cuisine to casual BBQ, plus stylish bars pouring craft beer and bourbon. Shops sell vintage clothing, women’s fashion, gourmet eats or restored furniture. Contemporary galleries stay open late for the monthly First Friday Hop street party, with art shows, live music, shopping and street food.
Getting Around: The building is a simple on-off the highways. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard wifi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. For the bold, we encourage the use of the dockless scooters!
Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver.

the place was amazing. Really hot the week we were there and the pool was great and outdoor area for seating was really nice. The apt. was clean and roomy. we are coming back to louisville in the fall and hope to stay there again. Close to restaurants and shops.

Celebrating the Love of my Life
Cozy Suite was the perfect environment to celebrate a loving mom and wife, truely she is the love of my life. We enjpyed the river front and a variety of ethnic foods. We shared river front walks and cherakee park trails and 2 hour river boat journey. We enjoyed our stay in Louisville Ky. I will recommend cozy suites to friends and associates. Thank you

Great location
We had a great stay here! Loved Butchertown. The apartment building location is great, had really nice amenities, and the private gated parking garage made us feel extra safe! I would highly recommend this property.
