Horrible stay. Could not get any kind of house keeping. No towels during my 4 night stay. Called and called house keeping and nothing. Came across a house keeping employee and asked for towels he said he can’t make any promises. Went to front desk and they told me I needed to call house keeping. Was there 4 nights and could only take a shower first night. Ridiculous. Will not be using any more trademark hotels.

Check in was busy, but service was not good. We had to pay to park $22. Then had to beg to be let back in to park after we went out. Twice! Guests cards didn't work for parking. Had to press a help button at gate, the speaker didn't work so we backed out and went to next gate. Where we still couldn't get in , only to be told to take another parking ticket and go to the front dest in the morning. Beds sheets were rough like they had been hung out to dry. Just wasn't worth the money!

Thank you for your visit and your feedback. Like any major city around the country, parking downtown comes at a fee. Prices at the two garages are comparable to any downtown Louisville garage and competitive hotels. I am sorry that you experienced technology problems with the system. It would be great to know which garage as one garage is owned and managed by the hotel, while the West garage is owned and managed by the city. So I am sorry about the inconvenience and frustration, although I am not sure why the service at the property was not good. Either way, we would love to see you again in the future.
