We loved the hotel and the cleanliness and comfort of the room, however the check-in lobby needs to be marked. We witnessed many people going to the West tower for check-in, but check-in is done at the East Tower and is NOT marked at all. Also, the hotel staff need to be better educated on the services and features of the hotel, such as hotel amenities and the location of the spa, gym, pool, restaurants, etc.

The food was horrible when we checked in and in the morning, the 24th floor had dead cockroaches all by the elevator doors as you step out onto floor ( took photos) , checked every floor from 10-24 and the vending machine doesn't work or out of stock on drinks, had to pay 30$ for parking witch i would think for over 200$ a night that would be included.

At check in the computers were down so we could get in our room. We had our dog so that was a mess. Once inside the hotel pretty clean and has everything you need all right there. I must admit 30 dollars a night for parking is a bit overboard.

It was raining when I checked in and I requested to borrow an umbrella. You’re not allowed to borrow umbrellas here so I had to buy one just never happens at a hotel. I stayed at. no one clean my room. When I had to switch rooms, I was told that I had to move my own stuff. There was very limited staff.

My daughter and I stayed on the East side. The room was clean. Check in was simple. Check out was simple. The employees were very friendly and professional. I previously stayed at this hotel 3 years ago for our ladies lectureship. We had an amazing time which is why I returned. I will be back.

The staff were all wonderful. We loved the locatio

The staff was wonderful and location was great. We were in room 1059 and unable to get the room cool enough to sleep. The view was a rooftop, but most painful was the large cut on my leg where I almost fell from a metal piece sticking out from the side of the bed which was camouflaged by the bedspread. It was one of two on that side. This needs to be adressed as it was difficult for me to walk today and painful. Our children's rooms were lovely. Thank you for that.

Disliked: Room comfort
Check in was backed up due to a system being down, at least 35 people ahead of us. Then they couldn’t provide our paperwork for the in/out feature of the garbage parking due to additional system problems. Pillows were too thick and too firm, ended up with a stiff neck. Sheets were not soft, very uncomfortable.
