You are correct, we do not have ice machines or breakfast, but all of our rooms have a full size refrigerator you can make ice or store a bag and kitchenette. I’m not sure why we would only allow you one extra pillow, but I’m sure there was a logical reason. We appreciate the feedback and will certainly share it with our team.
