Flight Review

Mar 10, 2020

Got held up at LAX and left about an hr. late but the deficit was almost made up completely in flight. Landed in Louisville only about 10 mins behind schedule!

Mar 9, 2020

I think $30 to check a back both ways is too much. Should be $30 roundtrip.

Feb 27, 2020

Very good services I recommend

Feb 16, 2020

First flight was delayed due to problems in Dallas. American rebooked us on a different flight immediately so we would not miss our connection and luggage made it ahead of us even though they couldn't transfer it to the new plane. Great job.

Feb 13, 2020

I still don't understand why the back of the plane isn't boarded first. They would have to put their carry-ons in the back and work your way forward. I know that special people get on first but after that I think it would go a lot faster.

Feb 13, 2020

Both of our flights were fine. Staff was great! Check in was pretty easy. Security at Orlando was not great. The officers were not friendly and I watched one push a guy who didnt speak English over into a line a little harshly.

Feb 12, 2020

Had to stay in Atlanta airport all night because of storms. The chairs were very uncomfortable, no sleep.

Feb 3, 2020

Vancouver to louisville vía Seattle , map floghts delayed in taxi area - almost missed each one as 49 late arrivals

Jan 31, 2020

My wife needed wheelchair assistance and it was always waiting for us. This was greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

Jan 28, 2020

Very friendly , kid staff

Jan 22, 2020

Very friendly flight attendants

Jan 21, 2020

Our flight left in time and arrived early. Great flight.

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Louisville

Make your flight to Louisville that little bit easier by reading over these clever security tips:

  • Have your travel ID and boarding pass somewhere accessible. They'll be the first things you'll be asked for by security staff.
  • Remove your belt, jewellery and shoes before approaching the security checkpoint. Items such as these are not allowed in the body scanner.
  • Laptops, digital cameras and other electronic devices must be placed in a tray to be X-rayed.
  • When you approach the security checkpoint, you'll be asked to put all creams, liquids and gels in a separate tub for scanning. Make sure they're all packed in containers no larger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) and sealed in a clear zip-lock bag.
  • Airport security personnel will likely tell you to take off your shoes for the body scanner. Pick a pair that come off easily. There's nothing more irritating than having to do up your laces again and again.
  • The list of non-permissible items is forever changing. Browse your airline's website for what is not allowed on board their aircraft.
