My review may be really bad but the staff was awesome. They work in a crummy motel and there is only so much they are able to do about that. The room was disgusting. The smell of the room was horrible, the sheets had burn marks in them and the toilet seat along with the shower were all stained. But again the staff was incredible just wanna emphasize on that.

The worst hotel in Louisville, maybe the world. Be prepared for a $40 cash deposit (that is returned once they go check your room out when you check out). Dead cockroaches in the refrigerator. Floors were caving in. The hotel is a no smoking hotel but our room smelled like 1,000 cigarettes had just been smoked in it. Whole place is falling apart. Front desk people were friendly enough though which is about the only redeeming quality

Roaches stay free here
Most run down place ive ever seen. Toliet didn't work at all. Roaches everywhere. My friend had to switch rooms and that room smelled disgusting. Save yourself the money and go Motel 6 up the road for the same price or anywhere else. Manager was well aware of roaches. Gross

WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
My experience here was absolutely a nightmare. We were walking up to our room and the maid starts speaking Spanish to me (I don’t speak/understand Spanish) trying to keep me from going in my room. Forces me and my friend out of the room saying it’s not ready. We tell her okay we will be back in a few minutes then. (First red flag) After we came back in the motel, there were 4 maids standing right outside our room not giving us any privacy. (second red flag) As soon as we get into our room we set our stuff down and started to check out the place. First off, the bathtub was absolutely disgusting, had stains & looked like it hasn’t been clean in years. Second, the sheets on the bed were still dirty and third WE SAW ROACHES CRAWLING ON THE WALL. We immediately left and told the front desk and she assigned us a new room. There were no roaches in that room but again the bathtub was disgusting and OUR DOOR DIDNT LOCK SO ANYBODY COULD WALK IN. I never felt more uncomfortable in my entire life. DO NOT STAY HERE. Owner is aware of issues and refuses to fix them.

We had no key for the room we were put in, management had to let us in every time we left! First room we were given didn’t have a t.v in it and smelled of mildew second room still no key but did have a t.v but the heat didn’t work and we had no toilet paper and when we asked for some was told it would be 9am when housekeeping got there! If you’re desperate it’ll work!

No hot water. The window didn’t shut and when maintenance came he made fun of me, until he couldn’t close it. Then I had to request a lock since we are on the first floor, which was an issue. They took a $60 deposit in cash upon check in that is not noted on this site. The bed was uncomfortable, but thankfully no bugs.

The airport shuttle was broken down. That was the ONLY reason I picked this hotel. Clerk told me to get an Uber to the airport but it was a super early pickup and flight...so I left. Couldn't risk missing the flight. The place was pretty run down. Very disappointed.

Condition was disappointing. Water in shower Luke warm at best. No cups, spoons, condiments for coffee. Towels poor condition. Very busy area and somewhat rough. Limited food options near by. Breakfast was very limited compared to other Super 8s I have stayed at.

I was surprised I booked this property based on other reviews but I did. When I checked in I was told the only room with a queen bed they had left had no TV. I said ok; I'll just use WIFI (which never connected so I used my hotspot). I got to my room on the third floor and the first thing I did was kill a large bug. Then I noticed my door had no security bolt. I was up at 6 a.m. listening to other guests yelling at each other using foul language, including the N word. I wish I had that bolt. I couldn't leave fast enough but also understand I booked it without reading previous reviews.
