We absolutely loved the location, cleanliness, and attentive staff. Everyone was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. We stayed at this hotel for a total of three nights. Enjoyed the breakfast, kick back service, pool, and the hot tub. Parking was free. They were consistently mopping/cleaning the facilities. We will be back if we ever spend time in Louisville!

They have a lot of amenities that they do not advertise in advance, and the staff was very uneducated. One told me asked for two minutes of grace period on happy hour was illegal and another was unsure how the rewards program worked. Only two luggage cards for a huge hotel and one was broken. People are really nice, but they definitely need more upkeep

Great experience. Staff, especially Karin was exceptional. We had one night where there were kids running up and down the hall knocking on the door and running off until about three in the morning. Then we were awakened that morning by one of the managers asking if we had six people staying in our room, which we did not, there were 3 as stated in our reservation. He woke me up to ask this after being kept up most of the night before. We actually stayed about 10 days as I was recovering from an accident and had no transportation to my work which was a walk from the Drury, I was close to doctors and hospital and also the quiet was much needed. Other than this one dark experience and his attitude towards us, our stay was a 99% A rating.

The property is well maintained, includes bags of popcorn, full hot breakfast and happy hour dinner, has a nice pool and fitness room, and is located next to a large shopping area. I can’t find anything negative to say! Will stay here again when next in Louisville.
