The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with a clean and modern design. The location was convenient, close to several restaurants, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel also featured a pool, though it was on the smaller side—comfortable for about six children at most. Room service was available, but the menu options were quite limited and somewhat underwhelming. A CVS connected to the hotel added convenience for quick purchases. However, aside from a few nearby restaurants, the surrounding area didn’t offer much else. There were no real shopping opportunities or additional attractions within walking distance.

This hotel is wonderful. The rooms were spacious, clean and welcoming. Around the hotel is a pedestrian only walking area with shops and restaurants. However, the staff leaves something to be desired. They never gave me the Hilton honors gift, and they forgot to get a credit card from me. Thus, the next day they didn’t get paid for the parking- so they called and wanted my card right then, while I was driving. The parking itself was exorbitant- $45/ night would be ok in New York, but not Louisville.

The staff here are INCREDIBLE!! Hannah and Ahmaree made my trip absolutely wonderful- from the moment I arrived at the Embassy Suites. They were kind and helpful and totally awesome... the room was great, location great- the staff here, among the best in the whole wide world!

The stay was great except for the hallway on the 4th floor smelled like baby poop. We could not smell the odor in our room. The hotel staff did address our concern and the smell was lessened.
