I love this place. The staff are all really nice and helpfull. The hotel is always clean and so is the pool. The breakfest is always good. There are a few places you can eat close by lile roosters and texas roadhouse. There are places to shop going down dixie like ross, 5 below, burlington a few dollar tress, marshalls kroger and meijer. They have a nice picinic area and a grill to cookout on and a good space for kids to run out some energy.

The only reasons I couldn’t give a five star review are because of the elevator being out of service and because of the strong chemical smell on our floor and in our room. The chemical smell seemed to be from cleaning chemicals but the smell was overwhelming. The elevator being out of service was an issue because our room was on the top floor and we had a decent amount of luggage to carry.

The staff here are all really nice. The pool is always clean just a little cold for me but my kids love it. The gym is a nice place to keep you in shape. There are a bunch of places to shop around the area on dixie highway.

The staff is all so sweet and nice here. Even though the elevator has been down for a little while it dont even bother me because the staff is all so nice and helpful and its not thier fault the elevator went out. The breakfast is always good. We have been here for a lil while now and not one time have we had something go wrong that the staff coould'nt help with.

Try Somewhere Else

The first room we were provided had not been cleaned to the point the bed was not made. The staff were friendly and apologetic. Our next room was extremely humid and smelled damp. Another guest told us they were moved due to mold in their room. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work, the wallpaper was peeling. The room was dark and not well lit. The textured wallpaper was covered in dust. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and very springy and not supportive. The noises from the highway even with our sound machine we brought from home were very loud. The coffee station in the lobby is not sitting on a stand so it was impossible to get coffee without it pouring everywhere. I used to travel all over the country for business and this is one of the most frustrating stays I’ve booked. Despite it’s proximity to Iroquois Amphitheater, I will not be booking here again. For 150 a night, the conditions were unacceptable.
