I don’t usually complain, but our experience was horrible. The doors didn’t lock or close well unless you slammed them. The bathroom door couldn’t be locked at all. Then in the morning, around 10, a lady knocked on our door. I said “Hold on,” but she kept knocking and said “Housekeeping.” I repeated “Hold on, I’m putting my clothes on,” but she still opened the door. It didn’t open all the way because I rushed to hold it closed. It was a horrible experience. You should know whether guests have already checked out before entering their rooms.
