The courtyard area is really cool and was a nice place to lounge. Most of the staff were great. One of the night staff really should not work in customer service. The pool is tiny and cold. The parking situation isn't great.

Property is downtown so it's walk-able to everything which is the best part. Easy, quick check-in, although when we walked into our room, there were chip crumbles all over the floor, it's like the maid was going to come back to vacuum but forgot. Nice having a kitchen (no oven) but the only cookware we had was a single pot. Breakfast buffet was great every morning with a variety of eggs and sausages. The fitness center and pool was great too.

Hotel itself was very good. It was clean and the staff was helpful. It is a short walk to Whiskey Row. Area around the hotel is ok during the day, but definitely suspect at night and the early morning.
