When I arrive at the property for check in there was no one at the Desk. I called and called the Front Desk using the House Phone and still no answer. Then I call the reservations department and they refused to help and or assist me. I waited for more than an hour before someone finally showed up to check me in. This place is not what it describe they have people living at this property who are on Welfare. They allow Pets to this property. My room was not clean. STAY AWAY!

Let me first apologize for your perception of our hotel and our guest. Our hours during the week are 9am-8pm and Saturday 10-4 and Sunday 3-8. After hours I have my safety team ready to check in any guest that did not check in during those hours or for any needs after. We have a number of guest who are veterans who have service animals or guest who have fury family members and we welcome them. Please contact me at the hotel so we can discuss further. My team prides themselves in cleanliness and I apologize we dropped the ball this time in your room. Thank you for taking the time to let us know of your discontent. Didn't supply coffee pot or any other kitchen supplies. Like. Dishes or utensils. Other then that it was fine.

We find that most people will bring their own especially for those who are here for extended period. Check in was informative and helpful, super nice people. Room was clean, laundry was a real plus. Overall a great experience in a budget extended stay, though we were only there 1 night. The walls and ceiling are thin though, so bring earplugs to block out standard neighbor noises. The only problem we had was an AC unit that pushed pretty smelly air into the room. We turned it off and cracked the window open, it was fine. Reported it on the way out, I'm sure they have it fixed by now.
