Dear Anonymous, Thank you so much for sharing your honest feedback. We do understand parking fees can be a bit of an inconvenience however, we have one of the lowest hotel parking prices in the downtown area. Thanks for staying.

Hello Jason, I hope all is well with you this weekend! I wanted to reach out to say thank you, for providing your valued feedback with us. We greatly appreciate all of the feedback we receive, as it allows up to gain a better guest perspective on the hotel. We have alerted the maintenance and engineering teams to check all doors in the building for loud slamming. We certainly do not want noise complaints to be common moving forward. I sincerely apologize for this negatively affecting your stay. We will also be working hard with our breakfast staff to ensure proper hours are being adhered to. I hope you would be happy to know that we are upgrading all of our TV's soon! They will have Netflix capabilities and other great features as well! We are very excited about this.
