Super friendly staff , well appointed , quiet , clean. Simply perfect . Booked for 3 - at other hotels we often have to ask for towels for our third guest . Not here :-). Room was all set up for extra guest and even had a hand towel and facecloth each . A+++++ well done

BED BUGS in 6 different rooms. We had to keep moving and all of them were infested. We stayed with multiple staff members and some of us stayed one night the other stayed two. On the first night, a male coworker spoke to Eric about te bed bugs and had to be moved to 4 different rooms before finding one that was bug free. Then the next night, I found beg bugs in our room and went down to talk to the front desk. Eric was at the front desk and lied to me saying this is the first time I have heard of this. When I told him I knew he was lying, he got really quite. Unacceptable and dangerous. The male coworker had to go to urgent care to be treated as the bites cause serious itching and swelling. I would NEVER recomend this place, not only because of the bed bugs but because of the dishonest staff who is willing to risk your health.

Great experience!

I stayed at Tru during the Louder Than Life festival and the hotel/staff were incredibly accommodating. They were fully prepared for all the things that LTL brings. All the small gestures really made a difference and was VERY appreciated. Also, the front desk staff and room attendants were very friendly and welcoming too!

Overall the hotel was decent. The first room we were in the blackout blinds didn’t work (did not roll down) and when we called to front desk to notify them it took a long time to get someone to come up (40min) and we had to walk down to front desk as they forgot about it. We ended up switching rooms - and the new room that we had the floor was dirty didn’t look like it had been vacuumed or swept in a while :( Other than than it was a decent hotel, with breakfast close to the event that we were attending and the airport.

I wish that it was posted in plain view when booking and walking into the hotel or any hotel that it is animal friendly. Being allergic to certain animals makes for an uncomfortable stay as your are always itching. Imagine if someone where anaphylactic? This should be in bold letters or a main point when booking. Also, when you do accept animals it would be awesome if you would change the bedding. I had hair in my bed.
