We were very pleased with our stay. The location was excellent, located downtown close to everything. Rooms were so nice, comfortable pillows, beds and squeaky clean. Hotel staff was great too. Would book this hotel again!!!

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Louisville, KY, was exceptional. From the welcoming atmosphere to the attentive service and fantastic amenities, it exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Louisville.

This hotel is older but nice. Easy self parking options and check-in. The elevators were fast, the fitness center was nice. The restaurant for breakfast (Buffett) was great. The staff is helpful. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel is the open hallways to get to your room because the noise was very loud! There was some child competition (dance or cheer) the next day at the Convention Center across the street from the hotel and there might have been practicing or general fun and excitement in the lobby but it carried up to our room on the 5th floor, kind of annoying.

The young lady who checked us in was AMAZING! I watched her check in numerous guest with the same I love my job smile and did not miss a beat! The elevators and halls were dirty. Thought by morning maybe they would be better but they weren’t.

Location was great, the room itself needed the carpet cleaned terribly. I informed the desk upon check-in and that was the last of that.

Lack of communication was horrible...the front desk only does part of their job..the part of checking you in taking your hold deposit and giving your room key..that's all...they don't explain the parking that was included..the dont explain their housekeeping guidelines..pool hours..its all a guessing game...we continued to have to go to the front desk for our fresh towels because they are unable to communicate with housekeeping..they do however know how to apologize..who cares about the apology when the trash in your room continues to pile up together with the used towels..thank god I know how to make my own bed, I felt like I'd checked into a Airbnb..i was on self service...

The building is in a great part of downtown Louisville with easy access to restaurants. The room cleanliness was sub par. The room was not vacuumed and there was hair in the bathroom and on a pillow upon check-in.
