No amenities. One restaurant with limited hours. Starbucks with limited hours and limited offerings; no butter or fruit for oatmeal. In-room coffee had outdated creamers. No room service; perhaps this is a dinosaur now! Staff was exceptionally helpful and service oriented. Poor ventilation in the room! Not likely to return to this location!

The rooms was very clean. Hotel lobby and restaurant were excellent. The staff was friendly at the front desk and housekeeping brought me additional linen within 10 minutes of my request. 4th Street was nice, but the area is not really walkable in 95 degree weather.

I was disappointed in the room because we were suppose to have a king size bed and had to settle for two queens. The battery powered door did not work. Maintenance actually had to get us inside the room after a 20 minute wait. Very disappointing for a major hotel. I was told by the front desk when booking through a third party, rooms and beds aren’t guaranteed.

No maid service. The restaurant was closed except between 7 and 11 PM so we had to leave the property for breakfast both days they want service.

Loved the location, just a few blocks from the Yum Center where I went for a comedy show. Hotel staff very accommodating & loved the on site parking where you used your room key to go & come as you pleased. Rooms modern & bed very comfortable. Thank you..
