The AC is the room didn't seem to be working as it didn't get cool enough in the room. Remote to tv didn't work. Once got it to work, but couldn't navigate the channels/controls.

Staff was superb. All were helpful, kind and considerate. From front desk to parking guys to bartender food staff and front desk went above and beyond. However though clean, a bit worn out a sewerage smell. Also food below average. Biscuits were hard and dry,bacon and sausage way over done and overpriced. Great bar drinks.

Good location. Helpful friendly staff. The walls were a little thin so you could hear the neighbors and our door didn’t automatically close behind us. We had to make sure it was shut each time. Overall good experience. It served it’s purpose for this trip.

Unfortunately it was very hot in our room and the HVAC took a very long time to bring the temperature of the room down. We left to go out to dinner and had hopes that by the time we returned that it would be better…it wasn’t. It was way too late for us to move rooms or ask for maintenance. I was expecting this hotel to be a little bit nicer as it was in the heart of downtown Lexington.
