Hotel was very noisy due to outside traffic and we were right next to the main road. We got little rest due to the loud vehicles and ambulance sirens all night long for two straight nights. The hotel was very busy, due to events going on, overprice drinks and food at the hotel’s restaurant.

The staff was amazing! The location is also amazing! The room was clean! However - the bed is probably the worst thing I’ve ever slept on. Along with their cardboard feeling sheets. Not worth 240 a night.

Room was clean…. Check in perfect with friendly staff . Hyatt has good reputation and for the price of room some bottled water would be nice. Many hotels now offer water in rooms or a place to refill water bottles. Just a thoughtful amenity…. Also surprised there isn’t real creamer for coffee. Just a few small gestures that make a stay there a notch above other hotels.
