Summary:
Your crew is already planning the bracket. Someone's calling the back nine. Someone else is threatening to defend their pool title. The hot tub is non-negotiable.
Our homeis 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home in Lexington's Kenwick neighborhood — built for groups who want more than a place to sleep. The golf simulator, the hot tub, the pool table, the fire table: this is where Bourbon Trail weekends happen.
The Space:
The Game Room (Detached Garage, Climate-Controlled)
This is what separates 340 Lincoln from every other 5-bedroom in Lexington. The detached garage is a dedicated game room: Foresight golf simulator running real course play, regulation pool table, ping pong, and its own mini split for year-round comfort. Guests run 18-hole rounds in here. This is the room mentioned in nearly every review — "the detached garage with the golf simulator and table games was a great touch," "the garage had a pool table, ping pong and a golf simulator — this place was awesome."
The Outdoor Space
The covered back porch connects to the main living area. Hot tub sits under the cover — usable year-round, open after dark. Fire table for gathered evenings. BBQ grill for cookouts. Fire pit in the backyard. The roof means none of this stops when the weather moves in.
The Kitchen and Living Room
Stainless appliances, center island with seating for 4, full cookware, coffee gear, wine glasses — everything for a real group meal. Dining table seats 8. Open concept keeps kitchen, dining, and living connected; no one gets exiled while cooking. Fireplace, smart TV, sectional, and a secondary lounge nook for when the group splits into two conversations.
The Bedrooms
Main floor primary: king bed, freestanding soaking tub, glass walk-in shower, private ensuite — the room guests describe as "like a spa." Four bedrooms upstairs, each with its own bathroom access:
• King Bedroom 2 — King bed, shared Jack-and-Jill bath with Bedroom 3
• King Bedroom 3 — King bed, same Jack-and-Jill bath, private access each side
• Queen Bedroom 4 — Two queen beds, private ensuite with walk-in shower
• Queen Bedroom 5 — Queen bed, private ensuite with shower and tub
No one in this house shares a hallway bathroom.
Laundry: Two full washer/dryer sets available.

WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR
Bourbon Trail groups: Four couples doing distilleries by day and hot tub and golf simulator by night. The kitchen covers group meals. The 4.5 baths mean no morning chaos. This is the trip people reference for years.
Golfers: Groups who want Foresight simulator sessions between actual tee times. The garage runs real course simulations — guests have finished full 18-hole rounds here on weather-out evenings.
Family reunions: Three generations who want one house. Grandparents in the quiet main-floor suite. Kids in the game room until midnight. Five private bathroom accesses mean no morning standoffs.
Corporate retreats: Teams needing fast wifi, workspace, and a reason to stay off their phones after hours. Multiple guests have booked this specifically for off-site team work. The game room is a better team-building space than any hotel bar.
Guest Access:
Smart lock check-in — unique code delivered before arrival, no key exchange needed. Full access to all five bedrooms, the detached game room, covered patio, hot tub, and backyard. Seth and the Sixgen Rentals team respond within the hour via Airbnb messaging. Exterior cameras and noise monitors are on the property and disclosed.
