Not very happy!
We checked in around 7:30pm. Our room was at the very back of the hotel. Both room card-keys did not open our room. It was a five minute walk back to the front desk to get new keys. Another 5 minute walk back to our room. The new card-keys again did not unlock the door. Another 5 minute walk back to the front desk at this time there are two other couples checking in, I had to wait 15 minutes. The lady at the front desk said the card-keys were programed correctly and maintenance would need to look at the door lock. I had to wait 10 minutes for the maintenance to show up. He confirmed our card-keys did not work and said he would have to call someone in to reprogram the lock. We wait another 15 minutes. Also on our floor was a large group of high school or collage students that were having too much fun. This just was not a good experience.

Very disappointing! We’ve stayed there before, and came back because of the restaurant, its convenience & great menu. Management made a bad decision to stop serving food. We will not stay there again.

Very nice hotel, big pool and hot tub, very good breakfast, friendly staff, restaurant attached was a nice plus since it was raining. Only bad thing was the room we had looked into their back work area with a wall right across and mops and buckets, but I wasn’t there for the view

They had nice amenities like pool, sauna & hot tub areas. Along with basketball court & arcade games. The free breakfast was okay, nothing special. However, the overall cleanliness of the facility was lacking. Trash and towels were left outside of hotel room doors so the hallways constantly looked dirty. Staff was super helpful whenever I needed to ask anything. Just thought the facility was updated more online than the section we appeared to stay in.

One and done. Never again. Unfortunately the bad reviews are mostly accurate. Key cards stopped working daily. Rooms are dingy and smell as if there could be mold in the walls. Service is bare minimum, not impressive. Too many folks that stay here have absolutely no regard for anyone else. Kids running around all night screaming at the top of their lungs and slamming doors. Coming from the pool soaking wet and transferring it to the floors/carpet in the common areas. Can't enjoy any of the amenities because they are dominated by uncontrolled/unsupervised feral little animals masquerading as kids. Absolutely no rest to be had here. I regret bringing my family here. It's a shame, it looks to be a place that was special, a long time ago.

Our stay was terrible could not get anyone to show us were room was ,got told 2 different times for the pool to close, husband took shower water stood in tub then got told (don't know what to tell you we have no maintenance until morning,the soap packet was open used and put back in packaging)

Very nice stay. Although the property is old and the room sizes confirm it, we enjoy our stay and appreciated the convenience of an indoor swimming pool (heated), hot tub and sauna, and the addition to the attached restaurant. All of this at a great price. Thankyou

Confused by the clerk
We arrived at the hotel early and asked if our room might be ready. The clerk checked with housekeeping and they said the room should be ready in 40-45 minutes. The desk clerk stated that she would call once our room was ready. We checked back with the clerk more than an hour and a half later; after check in. (I never received a call about our room being ready.) She assisted the gentleman in front of me and then walked away to get someone else to help me. The second clerk was very polite and had us checked in within a few moments.
