The renovated room looked great. However the mattress was horrible! Lumps throughout. One side was tilted. Very disappointing and it interrupted my sleep. Also, we had hoped to do an early check-in but were told by staff this was basically impossible.

After our house flooded in April, we had trouble finding a place to stay without having to move in and out because the hotel was full one day and not the next. After explaining to Sam my situation, he went way above and made all the necessary arrangements for us to stay at the Radisson during our entire time that they were doing all the repairs to our home he made my level of anxiety rest because he made us feel like we were home and it shows how he cares for his guests. I will return to stay here every time I am in this area just because of the caring staff and the cleanliness. It’s a perfect stay.

The rooms were clean but could not get the tv to work in either room. Ate breakfast at the restaurant, service was slow, food was cold, waiter did not come back and check on us. Had to ask for silverware, coffee refills, didn’t bring refills that we asked for. Parts of the hotel have been updated, others have not. Terrible smell in elevator and hallways
