I stay here all the time, and I always recommend this hotel to everyone because it truly feels like a top notch hotel. However, I had a guest stay here and her jewelry (diamond wedding rings and earrings) went missing from her luggage in the morning hours she went to the pool and her room was cleaned, during the day. She came back to her room to get ready for her event that day and found her jewelry missing. Saddened she asked for help from the hotel staff, and they didn’t seem to pay much attention. As if she was lying. She had to make a police report and return home. Empty handed. This has never happened to us. the cleaning lady denied taking anything and we basically can’t do anything the impotency is frustrating. If you do stay here be sure to secure your belongings.
