Flights Review

Mar 2, 2020

Getting a snack on an international flight would have been nice.We didn't get any.

Jan 23, 2020

Icelandair does not use any group boarding system for economy, so a bit of chaos boarding.

Jan 5, 2020

5 hour flight and offer a beverage only and only once.

Dec 30, 2019

Icelandair gave me a whole can of diet Pepsi without any extra charge!

Dec 22, 2019

Icelandic Air provides a bottle of water and one quick pass with a beverage cart for a 6+ hour trip. The food is ridiculously expensive. I was charged an additional $155 ONE WAY for 2 small suitcases that would be carryon for United/American. Very expensive

Dec 14, 2019

Upset there was no WiFi on plane, but everything else was good

Dec 12, 2019

Excellent, excellent customer service. Our flight was delayed a day and every single Icelandair employee was exceptional in assisting us. A+++ customer service

Dec 7, 2019

Seemed to have more leg room than some other carriers I've been on.

Jul 7, 2019

We selected seats with extra legroom. They were more comfortable seats as well as having more legroom

May 26, 2019

Plane hot and stuffy. No internet access.

May 25, 2019

Plane well built good condition clean crew very good pilot smooth takeoff n landing airport too big difficult finding left luggage my trip from KEF to MUC. Lufthansa never fail to disappoint me.

Jan 28, 2019

The pilot and crew that were doing announcements in the beginning were hilarious. All the flight crew were kind.
