I have been staying at Gold Vault Inn once/month for approximately 6 months while my son comes down to do his Army drills. I booked poolside room and upon arrival cld not b further away. Next time, I did have poolside and the heater was out (which was not indicated). The last 3 times the pool was too cold to swim. Very disappointing. Upon arrival the last then, I booked my room online but upon arrival was charged a $50 deposit that was not indicated. The room was ok but only 1 out of 3 lamps worked, NO OUTLETS, the wallpaper was falling off and there was mold everywhere! I stay 2 nights and on night 2 a roach was climbing up the wall. Just disappointed. I love the hotel, beautiful pool but I have only been able to use it twice. When it comes to the cost, this hotel doesn’t seem worth it to me.

Clean, friendly, safe Bring your own pillow and bring a USB charging port Breakfast could be better BUT This hotel is a gem and definitely worth the price. Had a great time and I hope to return!

Minor Issues - but Nice
The building itself is obviously on the older side - maybe 1970s - but it seems to have been well-maintained. It was clean with no foul odors. We did have one hiccup upon check-in, but they made it right. The room we were originally assigned hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. The staff was very apologetic and upgraded us to a larger room with no hassle. I would also note that the hot-tub is being removed, and the heater in the pool wasn't working (but the pool was open).
