This hotel was outstanding! Very charming, well decorated and the staff was wonderful. The only thing is there is a club that plays music soo loud on Friday nights it will shake your hotel room. We stayed in room 407 and it was incredibly loud. Earplugs are a must but, you will feel the vibrations so, if you’re a light sleeper aim for the even side of the hall- away from the club.

The hotel and Check in gentleman was amazing. The bed is so comfortable, the room allowed for perfect sleep. I booked third party (reserved) via discover. However, when I got to the hotel they would not take discover or cash for the room. The third party booking website did not explain that. I wish prior to the stay the hotel would have explained where to park. A gravel parking lot was used and did not have very identifying markings that it was for the hotel guests and others. We still had to walk 3 blocks to the hotel carrying our luggage from this lot. Good hotel and stay - just some complicated logistics

Hotel Genevieve was a delightful hotel! The artwork and the finishes made the stay an experience; the bed was beyond comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I will be back!

All around fun and neat place however I was double charged and double charged for incidentals and was not refunded immediately and still am awaiting $300 in charges

This hotel was stunning. Visually beautiful with tons of plants, cool designs and art. The location was great, very walkable to cute boutiques and the best food. One thing to mention, there was no way to use the streaming service in the room. They used an obscure service that no one could figure out, Not even the hotel could help, a bit frustrating. When I called to ask for help the staff was also a bit stand offish and somewhat rude. The hotel was really very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable, our only issue was the streaming.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! Beautifully designed with friendly and helpful staff. Location was walkable to many Louisville attractions including Whiskey Row. We were given a free room upgrade when we checked-in that we didn’t even ask for as well as a $20 credit to the mini market or restaurant in the hotel. Every time we visit Louisville, this will be the hotel for us. Highly recommend!

No coffee maker in the room is a deal breaker. Other than that it was great. There is coffee on site, but i like a cup in the morning in my pjs so that's why in room is key.
