The location was great and the hotel itself was very nice. The parking was confusing and poorly explained, multiple times. Mostly, though, my real disappointment was with the staff. My only interactions were checking in (for three rooms), getting parking validated and trying to change a payment (for one of the rooms, which staff did not do properly). Yet almost all these interactions were met with blasé staff at best and contempt at worst. The staff was not nearly as professional as I would expect from a hotel like this.

The room was gorgeous and the rooftop restaurant was pretty great. For the hundreds of dollars spent at this hotel alone, I assumed the front desk would be willing to bring a tube of toothpaste up to the room but I was asked to come down and get it myself. I was pretty annoyed so we just left and I brushed my teeth at home. Other than that we had a nice time
