"Everyone was overall helpful and very kind. There was one desk associate who a little standoffish when we asked for something. Even though we previously called to verify if our request could be accommodated and the original associate was more than happy to assist. Maybe there was just a team communication mix up. Also, there was an unexpected $163 fee for reasons I’m still unsure about. I paid through Expedia, so paying more at the end defeats the purpose of using them to save money. But all in all, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. The location was very convenient and I loved the included pick up and drop off options for places that were close. They always opened doors for us as well. I’d recommend this place to others."
