The staff was fine, but the room was kind of stuffy at times due to not being able to open the window and let in fresh air. There was no microwave in the building, which sucked so you couldn't warm your food up or back up if you needed to, unless the staff was warming up something out the little hotel self-serve market. I still don't understand why we couldn't park on our own cars in the hotel parking lot, it would have been a lot more convenient, no offense to the valets but it was over priced for nothing, but they still did a good job and provided good energy when retrieving your vehicle. It was overall Okay.

Great location directly across the street from the Crypto.com Arena. The room was very spacious, clean, and modern. Be prepared to pay about $60 for parking, but overall I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were well kept and the staff was very welcoming. This hotel is located directly across the street from restaurants, the grammy museum, and the Staple Center now know as the Crypto Arena.

Really bad service I asked certain stuff to be delivered to my room. They never did and I told them twice will never stay there again we paid a lot of money for only two days we drove all the way from Arizona to have a good time at crypto Arena. We end up getting four rooms and we all had bad experience there.

The hotel was perfect for our visit to LA Live. It was right across the street. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The stay was perfect. Id love to come back and stay again.
