We had a family suite for 2 adult 3 children. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was awesome. The only complaint we have is that the water pressure in our shower was nonexistent. Especially after swimming in the pool, the need to take a nice hot shower had us wanting a better shower setup. The area was safe and plenty of stores within a 5 minute drive, but the road was under heavy construction, which was annoying (not the hotel's fault obviously).

Hotel was great, lots to do with the kids - arcade, pool, waterslide. Fire alarms went off one night which is no fault of the hotel, but a simple acknowledgment from staff for the inconvenience would have been appreciated.

We recently we to Lamplighter on Wellington rd in london ont. It was march break and the last Saturday of the break , so there was so many kids they had a couple activities during the day and night for the kids . Our room had a useable balcony which came in handy for hanging our wet clothes . I will definitely be booking again . The only con was in the middle of the night i could hear kids running in the hall and shortly after that, the fire alarm was pulled .

Our young family (kids 14/13/8) had a very enjoyable stay. The pool was very busy but not over-crowded. Big kids loved the waterslide. My 8-year old was scared because it was a bit too fast for her. Clean room.
